Carol Lee Brosseau
Miller Gaffney ’02 and Carol Lee Pryor Brosseau ('03) host "Art Breakers," that premieres on Sunday night on the Ovation cable channel. The show focuses on their lives as art brokers who connect artists, collectors and buyers. The couple recorded four episodes the couple, and they will air all month long beginning Sunday, October 4, at 7pm Central. Ovation boasts more than 50 million subscribers. The Ovation Network Digital Arts Network is a network that supports artists. They're hopeful of receiving the green light to shoot more. Baylor was an institution where I made many friends that have been influential in my life. Karen Pope from the Art History department. I was fortunate to be able to take many of the classes that I was enrolled in with Dr. Pope. She also took me to Chicago and Paris to study about art. It was an amazing opportunity to study art with her. I remember her saying that art history is a vast piece of work and that we need to be looking for the right pieces. My dad owned the car dealership, which meant that I was required to work at the dealership every summer. I worked as a mechanic's assistant during the summer months, performing oil changes and brakes.
